Dayton group teamed up with Bentley West roofing and together transformed the structure with a flat roof water tight, capped all the beams , post, rim joist and parapet. Built a new privacy wall. Installed new spotlight and shiplap the ceiling.

In this job we removed a few walls. Removed outside windows and door . Installed 2 new windows. Transformed the complete room into a kitchen. Added all new flooring and installed a pocket door to side foyer. Pot lights threw out the main floor. It was a great job. Thanks to all the trades.

Enjoy time with some regular customers, remove the old deck, built a new deck and a ramp, and added a roof that you can still get the sun raise through. Built a little pad for their golf cart and raised and levelled their shed. Thanks, Bill And joanne
