Cornerstone contracting started from a vision of a contractor looking to show his clients that renovations is not just about the best materials but also about planning and having the right skilled and qualified people doing the work. Hi my name is Ryan Fernandes. I became a contractor for 2 reasons and they are that I enjoy being a contractor and all the work it involves and working with people to

help them achieve their dreams of a home they can see themselves enjoying daily. I have been in the industry for several years and yet still look to constant personal growth in this industry and to constantly set new benchmarks in this industry. The name corner stone to me represents the precedence of the first stone leading the way and setting the benchmark for all the rest. Essentially when at the start of a project as your contractor a plan is put together along with a schedule that will give you the customer a sense of how things are progressing. This along with a benchmark team you can be at peace knowing that your renovation needs will be fulfilled to highest level of satisfaction with great attention to detail. A bathroom might be one of the smallest rooms in your home, but it has the power to completely elevate your everyday routine. Starting with a brighter colour palette (such as warm whites or muted tones) instantly reflects light and makes the room feel more open and airy.

Then, you can get creative with lighting. Backlit mirrors or LEDs behind vanities add depth, dimension, and a subtle glow that make the room feel modern and luxurious.

Finally, you can layer cozy and comfortable touches such as plush towels, textured bath mats, woven storage baskets, and even some plants to bring the room to life.

A small bathroom does not have to feel limiting. With the right details, it can be calming and beautifully designed.

As a contractor I have had the chance to work with various kitchen companies and had all kinds of experiences.
