Beautiful hardwood floor installed in this gorgeous, high end home! Glue assisted, 2" cleats, for that forever lasting, squeak-free install. Always check your subfloors when removing existing carpet/flooring for proper reinforcement before laying down any flooring, to ensure your new investment doesn't squeak!
When meeting up new flooring with another of varying thickness, you COULD use an ugly transition piece, OR you could go transition-less by using your new floor board and fabricating a custom piece to level up/down to the new level for that seamless professional look! This one came out very nice!

When you hear and feel your exterior door sill creaking, there may be a bigger problem underneath. This customer needed a patio door and frame replaced with some joist bracing and floor repairs. Proper sealing, a new brick mold and insulation will ensure this lasts a lot longer than the previous install!

custom features built by Whitepine include: wainscoting millwork, mudroom bench and shelves with built in Ikea cabinet, 1x16" laminated pine countertop, laundry shelving - even the entryway/laundry signs 😉 We also swapped out our electric dryer and converted to propane, which works out better cost-wise 👍

Bathroom tub and tile remodel with 24x24 carrara tile and hex tiled niche. Highly recommend a Riobel shower kit, incredible quality and insanely beautiful finish. Getting rid of that bulkhead in an old shower and adding a potlight is a must - opens up the room and gives the feeling of a bigger bathroom
