There comes a point where a beginning must come to and end; in this instance it was this customer's exterior back addition. After 50+ years of being built, this structure decayed, crumbled and became a safety hazard for the homeowners.

We were brought in to tear it down and start from scratch. Everything's now been built to O.B.C. specifications, inspected and signed off! ✅️

The design and colour choices were very bold to say the least however, it's truly something different and reflects nicely with the homeowners taste. They were extremely happy with the results, upgrade and the service that we provided and, are enjoying the use of it on a day-to-day basis!

Here's a circumstance where we were hired from a connection through one our past customers. We were brought in to initially remove and replace an exterior door entrance to a garage, which then led to an extended list of "things-to-do" on there list.

The entire team was treated with upmost respect, trust and accommodated with daily compensation along the way which was truly appreciated!

We're extremely happy to hear they were satisfied with the results a day overall experience 😊 We look forward to doing more projects with this family again! 🤝

Water. We can’t live with it and, we can’t live with out it…An inorganic compound that’s known to be vital for all forms of life as well as reek havoc on the life around us when mother nature takes her coarse.

Infrastructures are one of many areas that get impacted every year and, as a result, cause millions of dollars in damages to individual residences and companies.

This young couple living in a 1940’s semi-detached in the heart of The Junction of Toronto, had a basement leak following one of the provinces' biggest storms on the year back in the fall of 2022’. It was quite apparent that it needed to be addressed and completed immediately prior to Christmas. The iTeam was able to meet their expectations by starting the renovation on short notice and completing it before the deadline they requested.

At the request of the home owners Ben & Liinda, we were asked to come in to demolish, insulate and re-build/update their main bathroom shower; without further damaging and renovating the bathroom to help keep the project within their budget.

At the end of the day, they were left with smiles on their faces and assurance that their newly updated space is done properly and that they’ll be able to enjoy it for years to come!

🤔Is the current layout of your backyard deck just not working for you anymore? Have your priorities and life changed a bit?
🤩No problem! The is here to help tear down or rebuild your existing deck into your dream deck!
Margaret found that she wanted more sitting 🪑and entertaining space on her deck; and that the existing staircase was just a waste of space.
The stripped the existing deck down to the skeleton structure. Added additional blocking and metal braces where necessary and then added 3 new wings onto the deck!
With the additional square footage built off of the original deck, this allowed for the construction of a new privacy wall – 🍗 BBQ Corner; as well as a more senior friendly staircase off to the side to accommodate for her safety.
Installing 6” glass panels in-between the top and bottom rails, insures that Margaret can still enjoy the views of her garden 🌻through the sliding door in the kitchen!
Tackling this project in November meant that Mother Nature threw all🌬 4 seasons at us during construction. No matter the conditions we still managed to demolish and construct this outdoor living space to earn the customer satisfaction!👌
