I would just like to point something out for anyone switching from oil to any other source of heat, gas, propane, geo.

The people doing the job have to have an oil licence to even disconnect the oil line from your furnace and they are also responsible for removing the oil tank and oil line.

If they can not show you an OBT2 licence then they will be doing it illegally. if they cause a spill or anything your insurance and their insurance will NOT cover damages as they are working beyond their scope.

ATM HEATING/COOLING is licensed for oil, gas, propane and my prices include removing the oil and oil tanks and my prices are usually on par or less then competitors.

Yes everyone, its about time to start thinking about getting that new central air conditioner.

A great time to get a price n get it ordered as im sure with another carbon tax kicking in apr prices will go up yet again.

Save a few bucks n have us do a quote and order that ac now

Wood fireplace to propane. A lot more work was needed then most fire place installs, but turned out great.

Just a reminder that atm heating/cooling can install any a/c or furnace you want. including Lennox, Keeprite, Carrier.

At atm heating/cooling we do not rush jobs to get multiple installs done in a day. We only schedule one install a day so that we can make sure your job is the most important job to us. We take our time to make sure its installed properly, no short cuts, and looks as perfect as can possibly be.

Ok everyone it is getting hot. If you have not turned your a/c unit on yet, i suggest you do it now, just to make sure it works. You dont want to wait till its too hot out, just to find out it doesnt work and then sweating wsiting for someone to be able to fix it.
