Lifeproof flooring makes for a easy install .

Old carpets came right up and installation started in the same afternoon .

Cute little rental unit in an apartment building in Lansdowne.

Owner of the apartment building requested for an affordable renovation before new tenants arrive.

The challenge was to maximize the limited space in the bathroom to allow for a full piece arrangement.

Tight fit when completed but after locating a vanity to match the flooring, we got the victory we had been looking forward to getting!

Featuring; NEW appliances, cupboards and countertop fixtures with affordability in mind. As rental units tend to take some abuse.

Finished off with new paint and trim! This was a success! Another happy customer and hopefully a happy tenant in his or her near future! 😌

Demolition job in North Augusta. Built in the 1920's.

This house in under-way with a full renovation that the homeowner is doing himself. He has made plans to have the roof lifted and a full kitchen added, with a third bedroom above.

We stepped in to help speed up the lengthy process of removing lathe and plaster to find blown in insolation packed as tight as it would go.

Removing two of the largest bins we could get from Limerick.

We removed flooring, drop down ceilings, strapping and three fireplaces. Two of which had been on the second level.

The old bathroom was gutted with an old 3/4" ceramic tub and removed the kitchen along the way.
