When designing a space, especially the most functional ones, we always start with our client's unique lives and needs in mind. This is especially true for laundry & mudrooms. Our clients were leaving their long-time family home and downsizing to a townhouse. They came to us with one clear goal: make it feel just as personal, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed as the home they were leaving behind.

The result? A home where every detail earned its place in their smaller space. From the arched coffee bar with hand-picked botanical wallpaper, to the built-ins that repeat the same soft curve through the kitchen and family room, to the serene primary bedroom that feels like a true retreat, everything works together to create a space that feels like home.

ERIN’S OWN RENO 🤍

After years of walking through beautifully designed homes, mentally taking notes on the details that matter most, it was time to redesign my own.

This kitchen & family room renovation is where those notes, and years of experience designing beautiful & functional spaces for our clients, finally became reality in my own home.

The island table that seats the whole family has easily become the highlight of the space. The coffee bar with arched shelving we use every single morning felt like a luxurious addition and now feels like something we can’t live without. In the family room, the furniture is as comfortable as it is attractive and the floor-to-ceiling fireplace grounds everything beautifully. This space was designed with intention for my family’s everyday life, built to last, and we’re genuinely loving it more and more every day.
