A steep North Vancouver lot that would’ve meant a long climb of stairs is now easily accessible thanks to a Hill Hiker tram installation. The homeowners chose a fully enclosed model for safe, weather-protected travel between the driveway and their home.

Another great project turned over in Vancouver!

These duplex homes were already fully framed when the developer called us to see if it was still possible to add elevators to both units. We worked together to find a solution and fit in two compact elevators that still comfortably accommodate two people standing or someone using a walker.

Now both homes are set up for aging in place without having to worry about the stairs — and as an added bonus, elevators open the market to more potential buyers as well.

Hard to believe this used to be an empty outdoor space.

Now it’s home to this beautiful glass Cambrian elevator from in a luxury waterfront home in Port Moody. We integrated it into the space seamlessly so it feels like it was part of the original design.

Now the homeowner gets the added value of an elevator along with barrier-free access between floors.
