Another successful permit roles out today for a 4 unit multiplex in Burnaby.

𝗔 𝟳𝟯𝟲𝟰 𝘀𝗾𝗳𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝗔𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝘁 was granted the building permit today for attached townhouses with a shared driveway at the rear..

A sloping lot with many constraints such as BC hydro power lines at the property line impacted the setback of buildings and design of the units.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝘁 𝗘𝗪𝗔𝗡 𝗗+𝗖 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗻𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 by coordinating all consultants and city hall staff in obtaining the building permit to start work during the summer of 2026.
