We’re often asked how come the soil is so hot and steaming? Is this bad for my plants?

On the contrary…Our soil is stored at 55 degrees to keep any unwanted seeds, weeds and pathogens from germinating. The soil stays ‘clean’ this way.

We then bring the soil to our yard as it cools down and then into your garden at a perfect temperature. Warm soil is actually better to plant in than cold soil, especially here in BC when we’re transitioning temperatures from Winter to Spring!

We’re now taking delivery orders for our double-screened lawn dressing. Our top dressing soil consists of 60% clean sand and 40% composted soil. A perfect blend to create, strong rooted lasting lawns.

Use the soil for:
• Thin patches
• Uneven areas
• Hard soil
• Yellowing grass

How to take care:
1. Aerate lawn
2. Spread ¼–½ inch soil evenly
3. Rake into holes
4. Overseed
5. Water daily until germination
