Our landscape maintenance at Founders Block was recognized with a BCLNA Landscape Award of Excellence.

Located in Lower Lonsdale, this strata community features structured plantings, mature trees, and pedestrian pathways that reflect the North Shore setting. Our team maintains the property through full softscape and hardscape care supported by long term turf management, Plant Health Care, irrigation, strategic tree care, and pruning to a consistently high standard year round.

Our team was recognized with a 2025 BCLNA Landscape Award of Excellence for our landscape maintenance at Avila and Bauhinia.

Located along the Coal Harbour Seawall, this premium waterfront strata features courtyard landscapes as striking as the mountains and water surrounding them.
