With everything that has happened since Monday we have changed the way we will be doing business for the next couple of weeks.

The Ensuite doors will be locked and will only accommodate by appointment with the following questions asked prior to booking and entering the showroom.
Have you traveled within the last 14 days.
Have you been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with having COVID-19 or has also been travelling.
Are you experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19 such as cough, fever, breathing difficulties; or have any other concerns.

We want to control the amount of people that are in the building at one time to keep our team safe and healthy. We do have soap, Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer to be used between appointments.
The Ensuite team does also have access to do appointments virtually over Teams, Zoom or Facetime. We can share our computer screens etc. which makes it easier to go through websites with your customers.

Also note the following:
The Ensuite and EMCO Chinook will be closed for Saturdays until further notice.
The Ensuite will be closed for Thursday nights until further notice.

Counter Changes:
EMCO Foothills and Chinook counters will also be closed for customers/vendors to enter HOWEVER will be open for pick up of all orders.
Please call 403-252-6621 for the EMCO Foothills when you arrive and you will be transferred to the counter to have the order entered over the phone.
Please call 403-252-6625 for the EMCO Chinook location when you arrive.
If you have an order that has already placed and you just want to pick up then please also call the above numbers or speak to inside sales or the showroom and we can ensure the order is ready for pick up when you get there.
All orders will be placed on the dock for you to pick up.
IF you need delivery we can still do that but if you can give us a few days’ notice if possible this will help us ensure we can get everyone’s deliveries out in a timely manner.

Good morning to our valued Customers, Vendors and Trades

Your Health and Safety are our top priorities and at the heart of every decision we make. We believe it’s critical to do our part to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19. We intend to continue to track this Virus and are taking extra precautions to “flatten the curve”.

To that end, we want to give you a clear and transparent appraisal of our current situation and business continuity plan moving forward. Our response is in line with what is currently happening, and we will do our absolute best to keep you updated of our situation should anything change.

Our Team
We are working tirelessly to make sure we stay on schedule, are available to clients and customers via email, phone and text message. We have made the necessary policies to ensure our entire team is practicing proper hygiene as well as a strong understanding of COVID-19 symptoms and self-assessment.

Our Business
At this time, our showroom is open to the Public but are asking you NOT enter our offices if:
-Within the last 14 days you have traveled to or through any location where there has been an outbreak or transmission of COVD-19
-You have been in contact with someone diagnosed as having COVID-19 or who as been to affected region
-You are experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19 such as cough, fever, breathing difficulties; or have any other reason for concern.

Our Clients & Customers/Vendors
Given the unprecedented circumstances, we understand that you may have your own plan to ensure the safety of yourself (and your families). Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:00pm. We are flexible and can also be available to have Facetime, Skype, phone call or email meetings. We are asking that during appointments we will not shake hands and have supplied soap and wipes at the front entrance and will stay a little further than normal from each other. While the environment around this pandemic is uncertain, we take comfort in the fact that we have an exceptional team and compassionate and loyal community of clients, vendors and trades. We will continue to keep everyone up to date of our operations and the progression within the community and ensuring we are making everyone’s health & safety our top priority.

We are SO excited for this new Kohler Tailor sink. It has a customizable apron that allows the end user to choose their own material, such as countertop, tile or Kohler’s curated apron inserts. The apron inserts can easily be changed out to match a kitchen refresh or updated design.
We just got one on display if you want to drool over it in person.

Kallista’s Unlacquered Brass is a living finish. Naturally brass will tarnish with use for an aged appearance. Unlacquered Brass adds warmth to modern designs and a sense of history to traditional settings.
