The main living spaces were completely reimagined to feel warm, welcoming and connected. Thoughtful architectural details, custom finishes and carefully selected furnishings brought a new sense of character to the home while allowing the incredible views to remain a focal point.

A Detail Worth Noticing

These custom solid walnut pocket doors are the highlight of this primary bedroom, bringing warmth, character, and beautiful craftsmanship into the space.

The curved detailing adds a distinctive architectural element and is a motif you’ll see carried throughout the rest of this Chinook Park home.

Paired with warm woods, woven textures, and soft neutral layers, the bedroom feels relaxed and inviting while staying true to the home’s mid-century character.

The Details Are Perfection

From dated and lacking storage to bright, timeless, and beautifully functional — this primary ensuite received a complete transformation.

A freestanding tub creates a more open feel, while the reimagined vanity offers plenty of practical storage with a central tower that defines each sink area. In the shower, textured tile adds subtle dimension and creates the perfect backdrop for the warm brass fixtures, while a thoughtfully placed niche keeps everyday essentials tucked out of sight.

Every finish, fixture, and detail works together to make this ensuite feel elevated yet effortless. The details really are perfection.

A First Look at Our Springbank Home Renovation

We’re so excited to finally share the first look at this incredible project.

The kitchen was completely reimagined with rich, dark honed marble, warm oak cabinetry, and matte black accents. The contrast between the darker finishes and warm oak flooring brings depth and character to the space while keeping it refined and inviting. Just beyond the kitchen, colorful Bocci pendants suspended above the staircase add a playful, artistic touch.

Custom sofas, new lighting, soft drapery, layered textiles, and thoughtfully selected accessories brought warmth and personality to the space, transforming it into a living room that feels both inviting and beautifully pulled together.

The homeowner’s existing artwork became the inspiration for the palette, with rich rusts, warm neutrals, and deeper tones pulled throughout the furnishings and décor.

As our Office & Operations Manager, Lisa is the steady heartbeat behind LUSH Interiors, keeping everything organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. With over 20 years of financial and administrative experience, she brings incredible attention to detail and calm.

Originally from Cambridgeshire, England, Lisa moved to Calgary in 2014. Outside the studio, she loves spending time with family, golfing, and enjoying weekend adventures in the mountains.

Patio Season Isn’t Over Yet

Before & afters that makes us want to spend every last warm day outside!

What started as an underused rooftop patio was transformed into a true extension of the home, complete with a custom outdoor kitchen, fireplace, pergola, dining area, and plenty of comfortable seating for gathering.

Warm wood details, layered textiles, greenery, and pops of blue bring it all together, creating an outdoor space designed to be enjoyed well beyond summer.
