Big difference in the look of this apartment. Demo the old laminate and install new vinyl plank. We removed the base and prepared it to be reinstalled by the owner on this job.

Restoration project complete. The tub on the second level overflowed, leaving water marks. We also moved 2 potlights while we had to re popcorn the ceiling anyway. Lined one up with the 2 others above the island and replaced a pot light with a pendant to center it on the sink and window.

Everything in the 2 piece bath was done by us in house to keep cost down. Biggest saving's being the ship lap walls which would have cost more than double in material alone. It all came together to give a very classy finish product.
