Ducts first, before the furnace runs and pushes a summer of dust through the house. Then windows and carpets while the weather still cooperates. Then the deep clean, so the finished house is the one you actually live in through winter.

The last five minutes of a clean are the ones that matter most.

Before the team leaves, someone walks the whole property one more time. Lights on. Every room. Looking for the thing that got missed, the streak on the glass that only shows from a certain angle, the corner the vacuum did not quite reach, the cupboard door left an inch open.

It is the least interesting part of the job and the reason you do not have to check behind us.

The reason a clean looks the same on visit twelve as it did on visit one is boring: it is a checklist.

Every property we clean has one. It covers the things that are easy to see and the things that are easy to skip, and the same list gets worked through every visit regardless of who is on the job that day. That is how you get consistency instead of "it depends who they sent".

"Do I need a deep clean or a regular clean?" is the question we get asked most, so here is the short version.

A standard clean is maintenance. Surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, the visible living space. It keeps a home where it already is.

A deep clean goes after what a standard clean does not reach on a normal visit: inside the appliances, behind and under furniture, baseboards and trim, light fixtures, vents, window tracks, grout. It is the reset. Most homes want one once or twice a year, or before starting a recurring schedule.

A move-out clean is a deep clean with a different finish line. It is done to an empty unit and built around what a landlord or buyer inspects.
