Screenrooms by Design products are “Canadian made for Canadian Winters“ with over 90% of the materials originating in Canada and 8.5% U.S. made with only 1.5% outside of North America.

38' X 14' X 5" Concrete pad with 24' X 12" X 6" garden curb & dedicated water line. Install 15' of sewar pipe from home gutter downpipe under concrete and 75' of underground wiring from main panel to Garden Shed & sump pump. Remove old deck system and haul to dump for recycling. Build and install new 32' X 12' deck on 8X8" cedar posts set on 12" X 54" concrete piles. Deck with screwed down 3/4" T&G G1S fir ply, flashed, floated & finished with 65mil comfort walk vinyl. Rim joists & Fascia custom cladded in wood textured vinyl/aluminum flatstock with wrap-around 5" eavestrough tied into house system with underground water shed. Build and install 28' X 3' of stairs with landings finished in same vinyl. Manufacture and install 105' of white aluminum picket rail to entire deck and stair system. Install new 18' X 12' Screen Enclosure with custom man door, large dog door , lighting & finished ceiling in Cedar. All necessary building and electrical permits obtained by Screenrooms by Design for customer.
