It's never too early to start planning! By starting seeds at the proper time, you'll have strong, well-rooted transplants. We recommend taking some notes or using a garden journal when starting plants from seeds. Write down the type & variety of seeds you planted, the date you started them, the germination rate and the date of harvest. You'll be happy you did come next year when you are trying to remember which tomato variety performed the best and what date you planted them. ⁠

Also, make sure to label the pots! You will thank yourself after you've moved them here & there & spun the trays around through the growing process.

Rainfall Landscapes is looking to hire a snow removal operator (Grounds Crew) to join it's growing team. Starting salary ranges from $2,400 - $2,850 per month depending on amount of work. The qualified individual will have the following traits and qualities:
•Ability to complete on average 3-5 sites per hour on a light snow day. 2-3 Sites per hour on a heavy snow day.
•Great attention to detail and customer service.
•Be physically fit and able to work for extended periods of time.
•Comfortable working outside and On Call. Day time shifts only.
•Have access to cell phone with data plan and be able to use cell phone apps out in the field.
•Working knowledge of tools.
•Valid Class 5 Drivers License and a reliable mode of transportation to get to workshop.
•Prior snow removal experiences an asset but not required.
•Strong desire to learn and grow.
•Able to work in a calm and methodical manner.
•Safely drive from site to site obeying all posted traffic laws.

•Retainer for remaining on call with the company.
•Bonus pay for completing a successful season with the company.
•Bonus pay if a client leaves a 5 star reviews about your quality of work.
•Chance to grow within the company and be promoted to higher leadership roles.
•Increased pay if more than 15 snowfalls are cleared within a month.

The side walk directly in front of your home is YOUR responsibility. If someone falls, you're accountable and held responsible for their injury, any physical and financial damages.
