Soleil Gardens is growing and we are looking for a new plant lover to add to our crew. This is a great opportunity to work outside as part of a motivated team while staying fit and expanding your plant knowledge. Ideally, we are looking to fill an OnSite Lead role. (15-30h per week)
The perfect candidate will have:
- 2+ years gardening, (personal or professional) Lawn care experience also an asset
- Valid drivers licences and a reliable personal vehicle with ability to transport tools or compost (bagged)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience managing a small team
- A love for the outdoors
- Attention to detail

That's a wrap!

Wow, 2023 was a season for the books. It was the year I stopped resisting growth and pushed my company to it's limits. Soleil Gardens has grown to be so much more than just me and I couldn't be more thankful for my team and all the industry connections I've made over these last 8 years.

If you are wondering what happened here's a brief run down:

🌞2023 is the year I introduced prepaid monthly maintenance contracts.

🌞I had 3 amazing people ask to join my team this summer. (First year ever not having to search for helpers)

🌞Our list of contract clients grew from 8-11.

🌞We had our best month ever in May and then again in July.

🌞Our profit doubled from 2022 to 2023.

🌞I am now the owner of a new GST #.

Through it all I have run this company on the honour system, from myself to contractors to clients, trust is the essential water that feeds us all.

I can't wait to see what next year holds.

Team lunch this week on the gorgeous patio at 4th Spot Kitchen & Bar. Soleil Gardens just had it's best month ever, by far. I kind of still can't believe how good it all is. Our clients are happy, work is plentiful, and our days are fun! I absolutely adore this group of dirt loving, loud, powerful females.

Thank you for helping me build my dream. I couldn't do it without you.

Added some pops of colour around Mount Royal yesterday. Planters designed and planted by yours truly! Looking forward to watching these beauties grow up and and spill over all season long.
