Another custom exterior completed. This one features smartboard and metal detailing, James hardie siding and a large rear deck with an integrated hot tub!

Check out phase one of this beautiful deck we did to end the summer!
This was almost 800 sqft with a raised bbq area.
It featured timber pergolas that all has inset LED lighting, frameless glass railing, 2x6 cedar decking with no surface screws, gas ran to the concrete firetable and stair lighting as well. All hooked up to switches in the house.
Phase two of this deck will feature a 20 x 4 foot long self watering greenhouse! Stay tuned!!

Looking back at this amazing deck we completed, it wows every time! 2x6 cedar decking always looks great and the vaulted ceiling accented with clear cedar 1x4 makes this amazing sitting area pop!

This was a fun project! A modern cottage built by Braemyn Homes ! The exterior is all smooth allura paneling with color matching metal trims and face screws. The red fir timbers pop and the corrugated metal build out adds some modern flair! One of the standout buildings in the community for sure!
