Buy the last house I finished off a few weeks ago. 3512 Brenner Drive NW.
I left a treasure map somewhere in the upstairs walls.

I started this house in July and did all the demo and some framing. Came back to finish the painting a few weeks back. Kept the downstairs fireplace as is but everything else brand new.

How much does it cost to completely paint 3000 sqft of a new house? (Walls, trim, doors, ceilings, built ins, etc.
$4200 - $5000 in materials and 252 hours for this one.

I actually liked the antiqued Cabinet look in 2001. It sure looks silly now though.
