Over the past year, RMH has been working with the First Nations community. We greatly appreciate the opportunity and enjoy being involved in this supportive work. RMH supports the First Nations and are observing September 30th – National Truth & Reconciliation Day.

In our industry seeing demolition isn't usually that exciting, but for RMH this demolition is so thrilling! Our new space which we take over in a few months is under construction and we are psyched to provide our staff with a larger, brighter and more comfortable place to keep being amazing.

Not all clients are able to visualize a building as easily as some. This project is a 2 storey home which we will turn into a 3 storey condominium featuring an automated elevator style garage at the rear, an elevator at the front and a roof top patio for entertaining. Let's just say that the client isn't the only ones who are excited! The photos represent what is current and a rendering which we created to help our client share our vision. I am extremely proud of my team on this one!

We've all said it, but it's true that we have some pretty great clients. The open dialog that we have about how the project is going, how extras and fees are working is quite amazing. The mutual respect to protect each other is something I didn't anticipate but has evolved naturally. Thanks for being who you are.
