Newest addition to Haysboro. This little 350 sqft addition will add a ensuite, walk in closet, pantry and main floor washer and dryer plus the best part about it is a new closed off entrance and foyer to the main house!

Some things that were important to the client:
Keeping the house looking like it fit in with the other homes.
A new front porch (it faces east so perfect for morning coffees)
Creating an addition that looked seamless with the rest of the home.❤️❤️❤️

2 dining rooms, 2 living rooms, small kitchens, that’s how homes used to be designed. With enough square footage, some homes can afford that but these tiny homes just can’t. A little bit of layout planning can go a long way and show you how these un functional spaces can work together to give home owners more beautiful, open and functional spaces.

As soon as spring hits so do the permits! People do tend to forget about timing though. If your project requires a DP you need months! If you only require a BP you still need weeks. Planning to start this summer reach out now let’s talk timing!

Stop did you think you were getting family photos?!

Nope. This is a Haysboro renovation where we will be pushing out adding a foyer, storage, walk in closet and an ensuite. Let me know in the comments what you would do.

A. Love the private toilet but the washer dryer are in the beginning of the hall.

B. More open, a pony wall where the shower is could really make this ensuite layout feel big and open!

C. Laundry at the end of the hall which is also a bit wider, big storage closet something these homes really could use.

Let me know what option you would do I would love to know!
