Introducing Killarney 8 + 8!⁠

The development permit has been approved for these two four-unit rowhouse buildings, each incorporating secondary suites, for a total of 16 units on a modest site in Killarney, Calgary.⁠
⁠
This rowhouse project draws inspirations from industrial and warehouse typologies, expressed through a strong peaked roofline, large loft-like windows, and metal cladding. The result is a modern-industrial infill project that explores a unique approach to missing-middle housing. ⁠

This 3-unit rowhouse was designed giving generous space to the living and kitchen spaces, basement development, bedrooms with walk-in closets and ensuites and rooftop patios. A nice place to call home close to downtown.⁠

This pair of infill singles have a great view of downtown from their second floor balconies. These photos were taken shortly after construction wrapped up, but since then homeowners have added their own flair with additional landscaping, pergolas and a front patio. ⁠⠀
