✨ Not every remodel needs a full gut to make a dramatic impact.

This📍Cambridge main floor remodel included new flooring, fresh paint, updated trim, refinished stairs with a new handrail, a statement fireplace feature, and a complete kitchen refresh.

The kitchen was transformed with custom shaker-style doors, panels, trim, hardware, and a custom island feature panel by , creating a custom look without replacing the entire kitchen.

The result is a home that feels brighter, warmer, and completely updated from the moment you walk through the door 🙌🏼

✨ PART 1: The Kitchen Transformation ✨

This Cambridge main floor remodel is complete, and we’re starting with the heart of the home.

Instead of replacing the entire kitchen, we refreshed it with custom shaker-style doors, panels, trim, and hardware by Eureka Kitchen & Bath. We also added a custom feature panel to the back of the island and accented it with a contrasting colour for a custom-built look 🙌

Paired with new Breezy Below LVP flooring by Biyork, the entire space feels brighter, cleaner, and completely renewed.

A quick update from Tyler on our Burlington renovation.

Demo uncovered aluminum wiring behind the walls. While common in older homes, aluminum wiring is no longer permitted in new residential construction because it can oxidize and expand over time, creating potential fire hazards⚡️

We’re replacing it before moving forward.

Big changes happening in this📍Burlington primary suite 💪🏼

We’re expanding this 3-piece bathroom into a spacious 4-piece by removing the walk-in closet and hallway, adding a brand new walk-in closet on the opposite side of the bedroom, removing all popcorn ceilings, and repainting the entire space 🔨

Older homes always have surprises.

We opened this shower wall and found old radiator pipes exactly where the niche was planned to go. Since the pipes couldn’t be moved, we redesigned and relocated the niche to make it work properly.

Sometimes the plan changes once the walls come open 👊🏼🚿

Drywall is wrapped up, the popcorn ceilings are gone, and the space is finally starting to come together.
