NOW - I want to take all of that belief in myself, all of the learning, the time, late nights, stress and crying and I want to show YOU, that YOU too are capable of building a life that you WANT to get up and live every single day. Because September rolls around and suddenly you’re sticking your fingers in pots like…

WHY THE ACTUAL F*CK ARE YOU STILL WET?! 👀

BUT, here’s the thing:

These last couple of years have been un-fu***ng-bearable. ☠️

I went from feeling like I was at my absolute PEAK. ✨ I was thriving in my life, relationships, business, healing and self love.

to being completely unable to recognize myself. 💀

I lost people.
My people lost me.
I lost pieces of my life.
And somewhere inside all of that grief, I lost huge parts of me too.

👉🏻For a long time, I kept waiting, hoping to feel like myself again but it didn’t come.

And then of a sudden I found myself drifting. No direction and no interest.

Over the last few months, Finally something started changing.✨👇🏻

👉🏻I started going out again.
👉🏻Seeing my friends.
👉🏻Trying new things.
👉🏻Creating.
👉🏻Caring for my plants.
👉🏻Taking on clients.
👉🏻Spending time with the people I love.

I ACTUALLY started participating in my own fu***ng life again. 👏🏻💚

✨ANDDD after a much needed trip, five glorious days away, disconnected from everything and surrounded by people I love, I realized something…

I’m not waiting anymore.

I don’t need to become the person I was before everything happened, she doesn’t even exist anymore.

I had to learn to love me through the dark.

And now?

I’m really fu***ng excited to see what grows from here. 🌱

So… I think it’s time to see what this next chapter has in store for Redefining Foliage and for me.

Let’s fu***ng grow. 🪴✨
