Latest basement transformation. We added a 3 piece washroom. Glassed shower doors installed with linear drain and rainfall shower. Dual niches add storage for products and a foot hold for personal care. Basement ceiling has safe and sound insulation with resilient channel for noise reduction. Speakers were installed in the ceiling for surround sound system with TV mounted to ledger stone wall. Engineered hardwood is laid over Delta sub-floor with tiled area around the door for easy cleaning. Crown moulding wraps the whole basement ceiling with returns around windows. The new oak stair case classes up with basement with the white risers and modern handrail.

Welcome to the new location for Patterson’s Pampered Pets! We had the great opportunity to work with the owner Tammy to build her a new pet grooming facility. Complete with entrance way and desk,bathing and grooming area and new bathroom.

Two story deck all finished! Complete with hot tub, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, lighting in each stair case and so much privacy. The louvered systems around the deck provide privacy but also allows that fresh lake air to come through. The entire project is covered with Rain Escape for the ability to control the water and its displacement. The 8x8 Douglas Fir posts extend 24’ from the piers right up through to the second story pergola. Enjoy!

What a great opportunity we had to build this pavilion! Douglas Fir covers the ceiling capped with a steel roof. The stone pillars will be capped with a cast cap to complete!!

This was a fun project. 14x12’ overhang for shade and weather cover. The pine just pops against the black flashing.
