From the moment Alex arrived to give us an estimate, we knew we were in good hands. He explained how and why additional insulation would affect the ice dams, and gave very clear rationale for his recommendations. We appreciated how quickly Koala was able to do the work.
The installers, Brad and Matt, did a superb job of blowing in the insulation They were efficient and capable and were respectful of our home. Their cleanup was excellent.
