This fixture relocation and repipe required reworking the plumbing layout to fit a new setup, and we took the same pride in the rough-in as we do in the finished product.

The main drain in this commercial building kept backing up, so we brought out the heavy equipment to find out why. 🌳🔧

After running the big auger through the line, we pulled back nearly 4 feet of tree roots blocking the drain. From there, we completed a camera inspection and confirmed the real issue... a partially broken underground pipe allowing roots to work their way into the system over time.

This is exactly why recurring backups should never be ignored. Having the right tools, experience, and diagnostic equipment makes all the difference when tracking down larger residential and commercial drain issues properly!

And honestly… when you pull something like this out of a drain line, you stop for a photo. 😅
