1) Residential & commercial, hot & cold water pressure wash services. We carry our own water on board.

2) Water delivery for swimming pools, hot tubs, water storage tanks, landscape watering, etc.

3) Hot tub & swim spa cleaning. We offer contracts for Airbnbs which require regular cleanings.

Has your well gone dry? Do you need water for your garden? Shannahan’s Power Wash will supply and deliver a 1000L clean caged tote on your property, and then fill it with fresh, treated, city water. The tote will be elevated so you can easily put a container under the spout. These are in limited supply so its first come, first served. UPDATE: We have put a new outlet spout on the water tank at the cemetery. This one is easier to open, making it more user friendly.

Shannahan’s Power Wash has installed a water tank at Our Lady of the Cape Cemetery in Cape Broyle again this year.

This water is for public use for watering sods, flowers, trees, etc. Feel free to use as much as you need. Please bring your own watering cans.

If you notice the water level getting low in the tank, please contact us through messenger or call or text (709) 363-7224 and let us know. We will keep the water topped up all summer until we remove the tote for the winter.

Please spread the word to ensure all families know they’ll have a water source should they choose to lay sods this year.

Shannahan’s Power Wash is proud to have partnered with Youth Ventures to host a car wash fundraiser today in support of the Female U11 & U13 Elite 709 Sports Softball Team!

Thank you to the many people who dropped by to show their support. The girls were certainly hard at work washing those vehicles! There was a line up! The car wash raised over $1000 towards their travel to PEI in July! Way to go, girls!
