Our menu is simply a starting point, NOT a limitation!

Just because you don't see a certain flavour listed doesn't mean we can't make it!

We're MORE than happy to create flavours that aren't currently on our menu as a special pre-order, available for pickup at our bakery or any of our partner locations!

Have a favourite flavour you've been dreaming about? ASK US! Chances are we've made it before… and if we haven't, we love a good challenge!

We're a bakery, Rebels… not a factory. Creativity is kind of our thing! 😁

Rustic Rebel Sourdough turns TWO! 🥹

Two years ago, this adventure began in our home kitchen. Today, we have a brick-and-mortar bakery, wonderful partners bringing our products into more communities, and a team who helps make it all happen.

In 2026 Community Votes nominated us as the Best Bakery in our region ❤️

There have been early mornings, long days, growing pains, a few tears, and a whole lot of dough. Looking at how far we’ve come is something pretty special.

But some of our proudest achievements reach beyond the bakery doors. Together with your support, we’ve raised thousands of dollars for Pet Save Animal Rescue and the HSN Foundation, supported Bread and Roses Food Bank, and helped local children through sports and community events. Every purchase has helped us build a business that can give back. ❤️

To our community: thank you for standing beside us. For every purchase, recommendation, shared post, encouraging word, and visit through our doors. You’ve helped turn a home-based dream into something bigger than we could have imagined.

To our partners: thank you for making room for Rustic Rebel in your businesses and trusting us to serve your customers. Your support has been a huge part of our growth.

To our team: thank you for the hard work, laughter, care, and energy you bring every day. Behind every loaf and every order are people who put so much into what we do. We’re incredibly grateful for you.
And to everyone who has been part of these first two years, whether you’ve followed us from our home kitchen or just discovered us—thank you.

Well, Rebels… you had us laughing yesterday! 🤣

We asked what YOU would love to see us make at Rustic Rebel, and WOW, did you deliver with the suggestions! ❤️

Here's the funny part…

We've literally made about 95% of what you requested! 🤣🤣

Some were HUGE hits! Others… well, let's just say they had their 15 minutes of fame before disappearing into the sourdough sunset. ☠️😂

And YES… EVEN PRETZELS! 🥨

Apparently some of our past creations need a better marketing department because nobody remembers them! 🤣

BUT one request came through loud and clear…

🥨 PRETZELS ARE BACK… AGAIN! 🥨

That's right, Rebels! We're bringing them back THIS WEEKEND at the bakery!

Now don't make us bring them back a FOURTH time just to convince you they exist!
