๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Tonight's supper at ๐‹๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐ฅ๐ž ๐‚๐ก๐š๐จ๐ฌ ๐€๐œ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ!

๐Ÿงช Tonight's supper turned into a little product testing session.

I made boneless pork chops coated in Shake โ€™N Bake with ๐๐ข๐  ๐Ž๐ฎ๐ญ Rub mixed right in.

OH. MY. HEAVENS. ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿ’ฅ It was absolutely DIVINE!

I also used an ๐‹๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐ฅ๐ž ๐‚๐ก๐š๐จ๐ฌ ๐€๐œ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ ๐Ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐Ž๐ง๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ญ๐จ๐ซ ๐‚๐จ๐ซ๐ง๐›๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ ๐๐š๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐Œ๐ข๐ฑ. It has just the right amount of onion flavour ๐Ÿง…โ€” really tasty without being overpowering.

๐ŸŒฝ Added some corn niblets, and supper was DONE!

๐‘ผ๐’๐’…๐’†๐’“ 30 ๐’Ž๐’Š๐’๐’–๐’•๐’†๐’”. ๐‘ฏ๐’๐’Ž๐’†๐’Ž๐’‚๐’…๐’† ๐’”๐’–๐’‘๐’‘๐’†๐’“. ๐‘ณ๐’Š๐’•๐’•๐’๐’† ๐‘ช๐’‰๐’‚๐’๐’” ๐‘จ๐’„๐’“๐’†๐’” ๐’”๐’•๐’š๐’๐’†.

Tonight's dinner has proven that there are a few additional uses for my ๐Œ๐ž๐š๐ญ ๐‹๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ'๐ฌ ๐‘๐ฎ๐›๐ฌ:

๐Ÿท ๐๐ข๐  ๐Ž๐ฎ๐ญ in Shake โ€™N Bake or breadcrumbs for pork chops
๐Ÿฎ ๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ'๐ฌ ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐ž๐ž๐Ÿ in breadcrumbs for veal cutlets or straight on minute steaks

Apparently my dinner successfully completed my product development for me ๐Ÿ’ฅ

Dear Innisfail Market on Main Customers โค๏ธ

Please be advised that Little Chaos Acresโ„ข will no longer be attending the Innisfail Market on Main from 3:00โ€“7:00 PM on Tuesdays.

Due to a conflict of interest, I have made the decision to withdraw from the remainder of the market season.

I want to sincerely thank everyone who has stopped by our booth, supported my little handcrafted business, chatted with me about my products, chatted about Millie, Monty & Marvin (Little Chaos Acres Mascots), made a purchase, or simply followed along. Your support has meant more to me than you know. โค๏ธ

Although you won't find me at Innisfail Market on Main going forward, Little Chaos Acresโ„ข isn't going anywhere! We will continue to participate at other markets, and our pinned Market page is regularly updated with where you can find us.

Did You Know ...

Little Chaos Acres is more than handcrafted spice blends, baking mixes, specialty cocoas, kid activity kits & drinkware & beverage curators ...

๐Ÿšœ We are also Farmers ... we grow wheat & barley, bale green feed, raise chickens & beef cows, and we have a mini mule, a mini donkey & a standard donkey to keep predators away, plus farm cats & family dogs. soon we'll be adding a Maremma Puppy ... she'll be trained to eventually guard our flock of Layers ... it will take 2 years to fully train her.

We also help friends when the opportunity arises ... last night my son & I helped feed lambs & kids ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ‘

๐Ÿฅ July has not been a health friendly month ..

It started with an infection on the bridge of my nose due to face-planting on gravel ...

Followed by a sinus infection ...

Then a GI infection and now my Doctor thinks I have a Flu Bug ... a bacterial infection on top of a viral infection ... they do not play well together!

๐Ÿ˜ซ Whatever this/these bugs are, they're nastier than nasty! Pretty sure I have coughed up both my lungs & stomach and cracked every rib from coughing!

๐Ÿ›Œ I've been living in my bed!

๐Ÿ—“ Sadly, I have missed a few regular July Markets due to these illnesses ... they've been coming & going ... I'm ready for them to leave permanently!

I hope to be back to my regular weekly Markets next week.
