Could this truly be the finale? 🤔 DAY 3

After 3 years of procrastination, and a crash out due to lack of measuring. Is the stair runner project actually done?!

The end of a project is always my favourite, because the hard work is over and you see if it was all worth it. I’d say this was worth it. 🙌

This is a big problem 🫣 DAY 2

My lack of measuring is causing current me some problems. Hopefully I can Frankenstein the leftover pieces together and make this stair runner work. 🤞

Trying to share the real moments of DIY cause something almost always goes wrong. 😑

This project is 3 years in the making 😅 and yes I’ve had these runner rugs for that long.

Step one to of this project was cutting the pads for under the runner.

Then there is the bottom of the step where I ran out of rug…maybe I should have measured before buying these. 🥲

That sounds like a tomorrow problem, stay tuned.

When the plant nursery relaxes you but your dogs stress you out 😅

Also that 30 degree day was a joke cause after that we had almost a full week of frost warnings each night 🥲

Thrift Thursday part 10

Seeing a few more furniture pieces lately. Maybe people are doing some spring cleaning with the weather getting nicer.

It’s always so interesting to see items that remind you of the past at the thrift store. What else would have made me think of my grandma’s side tables back from when I was a little kid.
