Deck season is not over yet!

We got the chance to help our clients take advantage of the beautiful rolling hills in Kensington.

This bed and breakfast now has a nice place to relax on the chilly autumn evenings

We used some of our favorite Juniper lumber from the good people at Arsenault Family Lumber, which makes our job of securing a top quality product for our customers that much easier!

We had the pleasure of working on this beautifully designed home to bring our clients vision to life!

Our client went over every detail carefully designing their dream home, and the final product was this sharp looking waterfront property.

We used a Mitten Aviator green board and batton siding for the bottom and transitioned to Mitten Aviator green D4 horizontal siding in the gable ends.

Our soffit was a lightly stained tongue and groove pine that worked beautifully with the roofing matching facia metal supplied from Mallet Exteriors.

We had the pleasure of finishing two of their decks for them with some beautiful juniper lumber from our friends at Arsenault Family Lumber. Top quality lumber and half the price of the big stores.

Here's a stunning Graphite grey steel roof we finished up for a client!

Our materials were supplied by the good people at Kennedy metals for quality steel panels.

We had to remove a side of solar panels, and luckily Salty Mountain Electric was able to jump in and give us a hand with the disconnections.

Our winter reno is now up for sale! This beautiful waterview property got a total face-lift. We renovated the basement to add a rec room and another bedroom.

The upstairs got a total makeover including new flooring in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. We updated the paneling in some rooms, and gave them a fresh coat of paint. We gave a touch of style with some crown moulding for a nice colonial finish.

We added some counter space in the kitchen with some beautiful bamboo counter tops, and all new appliances to finish the look.

A shout out to Salty Mountain Electric for jumping in and hooking up all our electric rads and heat pumps to make this house a little more energy efficient.

We completed this project with a beautiful half wrap deck to fully take in the incredible view of the Georgetown bay!

It's that time of year again! We just finished up this beautiful juniper built deck from Arsenault Family Lumber, and we used screw piles from our friends at post tech. We were busy at this addition! Our clients had a deck above their garage that was starting to degrade on them, so they decided to make it their new bedroom! The deck was 3 tiered with materials on top of rotten framing. After we reframed their garage from the rot, we added a new addition using OSBLOCK Structural block to give them superior insulation in their walls. We also gave them a new hand crafted master closet and master bath. We tore out their old laundry room and gave them a bigger space. They decided to have their main house painted along with their addition. We worked side by side with them to make the most of this water view property! We renovated 2 old decks they had and added a view catching front deck to make the most of the beautiful Georgetown bay!

We redid the roof with IKO Dynasty shingles, and used Royal vertical board and batten siding to tie into there existing exterior!

We called in Salty Mountain Electric to do our wiring, Brandon Auxworthy for our painting, and Tyler Jenkins to complete our plumbing.
