🌶️ Want spicier peppers?

Here’s a trick from our trial gardens:

Peppers are a hot climate crop, they thrive on heat.

When we kept ours a little drier, they came out spicier.

In last year’s trials, the peppers in containers were noticeably hotter than the ones in the field.

One catch: peppers still need their water!

This is about slightly leaner watering, not skipping it.

🌱GROWING TIP: Direct sow corn only after your last frost date, once soil has warmed to at least 60°F. Corn dislike transplanting — sow them right where they’ll grow.
