Meeting the team… 🔨

Jeff has been part of Rumble Homes since the very beginning, working alongside his father, John, since 1973. He earned his advanced carpentry ticket and license in 1985, and over more than 40 years in the business, he has carried forward the same pride and craftsmanship the company was built on knowledge he now passes down to his own sons working by his side.

A dedicated family man, Jeff is anchored by the love and support of his wife, Jennifer. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking a natural extension of his lifelong trade and loves catching concerts with Jennifer. More than anything, he cherishes time spent with his grandkids, staying just as connected to his family at home as he is on the job site.

Meet the team…. 🔨

Jon Rumble

Jon grew up on Rumble Homes job sites. As a boy, he would visit his father, Jeff, on-site after school. That early exposure to the trade stuck, and at 22 he joined the family business full-time, continuing a tradition his grandfather John started in 1973.
Today, Jon carries forward the same hands-on, family-first approach that has defined Rumble Homes for over five decades. He believes that building a home is about more than construction — it’s about listening to a family’s needs and delivering craftsmanship they can be proud of for generations.
Jon is deeply committed to the local building community. He served on the Board of Directors for the Chatham-Kent Home Builders’ Association (CKHBA) for over 10 years, and spent 6 years representing southwestern Ontario on the Ontario Home Builders’ Association (OHBA) board. Through his work with CKHBA, Jon has helped lead a number of community projects supporting local families.
Outside of the office, Jon values time spent with his family above all else. He also stays active with regular workouts, golf, and a range of other sports.

Aaron Marshall

Project Manager

Aaron brings 15 years of hands-on construction experience to every Rumble Homes project, with deep expertise in site layout, underground services, concrete, and framing. Since joining the Rumble Homes team five years ago, he’s built a reputation for keeping projects organized from the ground up — literally — ensuring every home starts on a solid foundation, in every sense of the word.
Originally from Uxbridge, Ontario, Aaron now calls Chatham-Kent home, where he lives with his wife and two children. When he’s not on a job site, you’ll likely find him at the rink for a hockey game — a fitting pastime for someone who thrives on teamwork and getting the job done right.

Tony Wilson

Project Manager

Tony has spent the last 7 years with Rumble Homes, specializing in exterior finishing — from aluminum work to LP and Hardie siding and beyond. His keen eye for detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship carry through every exterior he manages, ensuring each home makes a lasting first impression.
Originally from London, Ontario, Tony now calls Chatham home, where he lives with his son and partner. A talented cook in his free time, he loves experimenting in the kitchen, trying out new restaurants around town, and putting his skills to work on projects around his own house. His hands-on approach at home mirrors the same care and pride he brings to every Rumble Homes project.

Henry Lowen 🔨

Lead Hand / Project Manager

Henry’s journey with Rumble Homes started right out of high school, when he joined the team as a co-op student — and 15 years later, he’s grown into one of the most experienced hands on the crew. As our Lead Hand, Henry brings deep expertise in framing, trim carpentry, finish carpentry, and project management, with an eye for detail that shows in every finished space.
A proud Chatham-Kent local, Henry is a family man with a wife and two children, and he treasures the time he spends with them. He’s also active in the community, generously volunteering his time with local organizations — reflecting the same commitment to service that’s defined his career at Rumble Homes

Some ensuites are just for getting ready. This one’s for slowing down. 🛁
Sculpted concrete tub and a wood slat ceiling, this primary bath was built to feel like an escape, not just a stop on the way out the door.
Matte black fixtures throughout, a poured concrete trough sink, and a walk-in glass shower that lets the light do the work. Every material here was chosen to age well and feel warmer with time…no trends, just good bones and better details.
This is what happens when a bathroom gets treated like a room worth designing, not an afterthought.
