Your entryway sets the tone for your entire home.
It’s the first space that welcomes you in at the end of a long day and the first impression guests experience when they arrive.
For this project, a custom slat wall feature added warmth, texture, and a sense of intention, transforming a simple pass through space into a memorable arrival experience.
When someone walks through your front door, what do you want them to feel?
✨ Calm
✨ Welcomed
✨ Inspired
✨ Impressed
And here’s my question for you:
What’s one area in your home that feels unfinished or isn’t working the way you’d like it to?
I’d love to hear what’s on your renovation wish list.

What you’re seeing here isn’t just a “before and after”. It’s the result of intentional design decisions made early - where every line, material, and proportion was considered before a single finish went in.
We transformed a flat, builder grade wall into a fully integrated architectural moment:
✨ Custom millwork for texture + depth
✨ Sculptural Venetian plaster surround
✨ Floating hearth for function + balance
The best part, we kept the existing fireplace and worked within the footprint we were given which retained the budget for other areas without compromising the design.
Every detail was considered before construction started because the best results happen when design leads the process, not follows it.

If the drywall is up, you may already be too late.
This is where real design begins.
Before the drywall, before the finishes, before the ‘pretty’ stage - the most important decisions are already being made.
Layout. Lighting. Flow. Function.
This is exactly when an interior designer should be brought in because once the drywall goes up, your options shrink and changes get expensive.
The truth? Interior designer isn’t the finishing touch. It’s part of the foundation.
✔️ Planning lighting that actually works (not just looks good)
✔️ Outlet + switch placement where you need it
✔️ Making sure every space actually fits your lifestyle + furniture layouts make sense
✔️ Built-in’s, niches, and storage that feels intentional
✔️ Avoiding expensive changes later
If you’re building or renovating, getting design support early will save you time, money, and stress.
Thinking about starting a project? Let’s talk before the drywall goes up.
📩 DM me “BUILD” if you’re in the early stages and want to get it right from the start.

Project Sherburn: This transformation turned a tired layout into a warm, modern home filled with light, texture, and timeless finishes. From the cozy stone fireplace to the bright, functional kitchen - every detail was designed to feel both beautiful and lived in.
Proof that thoughtful design can completely change how a space feels.
Which space would you spend the most time in - the living room or the kitchen?

This transformation was all about bringing the outdoors in. With light filled spaces, soft greys, warm wood floors, and a timeless kitchen, the entire home feels calm, welcoming, and perfectly connected to the incredible lake views just beyond the windows.
Because the best homes are the ones that feel like a getaway every day.

From a cluttered spare room to a calm, modern retreat. This primary suite transformation is all about warm minimalism, natural textures, and timeless design. We swapped dark red walls for a simple, yet stylish neutral palette, added sage green wall panelling, and layered in light oak furniture and accents. In the ensuite, we blend clean lines, soft lighting, and functional storage creating a spa like atmosphere. The result? A cozy, elevated space that feels both grounded and serene.
