Some photos of recent bathroom project. Demo complete. All rough in plumbing done thanks to Jay Jason May and his guys. Water proofing and water test done. Customer called with a cracked shower pan! Best practice is a complete teardown! Looked good on the surface. Started demo and soon realized it was all done wrong. Drywall pieced together, no water proofing ( customer was billed for a schlutter water proofing, all non existent). Low quality foam pan. Replaced with a Valley Acrylic shower pan. Stay tuned for the repair!
