The fall/ winter months at the Lake can pose added challenges to home and cabin owners, including increased breakins and power outages. In addition to our regular construction services - Borealis Builds also offers house / cabin checks. Weekly , monthly and different packages are available including snow removal and hot tub checks. Horizontal Metal siding project completed on house and garage. This was a big project and weather earlier this summer set us back a bit but siding looks great and customer was extremely happy with this project.
