This project was all about creating a safer, cleaner, and more functional outdoor space for our customer and their four-legged family members.

✅ Removed the old rotting deck frame and built a brand-new set of stairs using pressure-treated Sienna lumber for long-lasting durability and curb appeal.

✅ Removed the existing garden beds and walkway, then brought in fresh topsoil and installed new sod to create a clean, low-maintenance dog run enclosure.

✅ Graded and refreshed the property with new topsoil and grass seed, giving the entire yard a fresh start and a healthy foundation for new growth.

From demolition to the finishing touches, this property has been completely transformed into a practical and attractive outdoor space that will be enjoyed for years to come.

This project included the installation of a new Graphite Grey Diamond Steel roof on the house, garage, and garden shed, creating a seamless and timeless look across the entire property.

To elevate the design even further, we wrapped the dormer walls in matching Diamond Steel, adding depth, detail, and a custom architectural finish that ties everything together beautifully. We also installed new chimney flashing and new snow stop bar system to ensure long-term protection and performance through every season.

The result is a durable, low-maintenance roofing system that delivers exceptional curb appeal while standing up to the harsh Canadian climate for decades to come.

Another new construction project coming together beautifully. 🔨🏠

We installed a premium snap lock standing seam metal roof in Sepia Brown, complete with custom fabricated flashings for a sharp, clean finish and long-lasting protection.

Fresh exterior upgrade complete ✔️

We installed brand new 5” white eavestrough with T-Rex leaf guard protection to help keep water flowing properly and reduce maintenance year-round. Along with that, this home received new white vinyl board & batten siding and custom aluminum cladding around all windows and the bay window for a clean, finished look.

This home was dealing with multiple leaks last winter caused by ice damming ❄️ — so we stepped in with a long-term solution.

We installed brand new Timberline HDZ Weathered Wood shingles, giving the roof a clean, durable finish built to handle tough Canadian winters 💪

To prevent future issues, we also installed new counter flashing, keeping the wooden siding away from the roof deck. This allows for proper water shedding and helps protect the home from moisture buildup and repeat leaks.
