Our garage conversion into a suite is ready for drywall! We included some extra sound proofing on the wall seperating the main dwelling and suite. We've also included an ERV unit (energy recovery ventilation) which eliminates moisture in the suite and recovers lost air from the kitchen hood fan and bathroom fan with fresh air from outside. All in all this project is going smoothly and efficiently. Excited for phase 2!

Another one underway. This one is a garage conversion into a 1 bedroom suite. New footings and foundations for the openings and halfway through the garage to carry the span of the floor joists. Stay tuned for more progress photos ! 😊
