My services are not free. My time is not free.

I have brought my prices as low as I can go without disrespecting myself and it still doesn't seem to be enough?

After some thought, and realization this is going no where, I have decided to stop doing this. There is no point when people only want to pay $5...but don't want to do the work, drive to the location, use up your relaxing time as you work another job as well... the list goes on.

I appreciate everyone who has supported me, I really thought I could have gotten somewhere with this.

Also, when looking to support local, take into consideration what you yourself would be willing to accept. Don't lowball people, it's so goddam degrading.

Begonia Maculata | CARE TIPS 👇

I have indeed killed this plant once, but here I am trying again.

Before reading on, SAVE THIS POST for when this plant is in your home 🌿

Here's some tips that I learned from the last time I cared for one 😅

MOISTURE |
Super important for these bad boys, they need humidity, heat, and moist but not soggy soil in order to thrive. We can be more lax on the watering in winter but keep it away from drafts/vents otherwise things could get crispy!

SOIL |
Well draining soil, chunky perlite, but add a topping of moss to keep humidity high.

MISTING |
Maybe let's not? The better option for these plants are a humidifier, wet leaves will rot and this plant in particular is prone to powdery mildew and mealybugs.

FERTILIZE |
Fertilizing once a month from spring through summer will keep any plant happy 😊

SUPPORT |
These plants can get to be over 5 feet tall, with the proper support, it could take over your whole house! I use bamboo stakes for mine.

Begonias have, and always will be a huge favorite of mine 💖

I'm so pleased with how our plant stand turned out 😍

I've always wanted one, and it looks so damn good in our house! This gives me all the excuses to get more plants 🪴

I got this stand off of Amazon, if your wondering where to find it, comment STAND and I'll DM the link so you don't have to search all over for it!

It was really easy to put together too, had it done in less than an hour 🫡

I think next on my list is a humidifier cabinet, so I can safely collect alocasias lol, they're very picky. For now a diffuser will do!

Comment STAND if you want the link!

Pearls n' jade pothos ✨️

I have her hanging in my bedroom where she gets ample morning light and indirect light throughout the day.

I almost lost her once but yet she's here, thriving!

Grateful for my green thumb 🌿

Do you prefer pearls n jade or the Njoy pothos?? Both are so similar 😍

STRING OF HEARTS 💕 variegated

String of hearts naturally grows as a ground plant, covering forest floors, but we like to hang ours as most others do!

How can you not when they look so pretty as a curtain!

The pink rings around them make them pop in the sunshine too. Plantmagic 🌺

They like a good drink, I don't like to let mine dry all the way out, I check the leaves for squishness and when they fold its time for water!

I give mine full sun in a NE facing window, so they get the nice calm sun 🌞 not the hot afternoon.

And for soil I use my Coco/potting/perlite mix, seems to work best for all my plants 🪴

Available come spring 🌷
