A while back a customer called about a rotten subfloor. I went and removed the subfloor only to discover a plumbing drain had been leaking causing the issue. I suggested a plumber be called in before proceeding. Kyle from Van Egdom Plumbing came right away and got them all fixed up. Once the leak had been fixed we were ready for a new subfloor and a minor wall repair. It is now ready for new flooring and paint.

I’ve been doing quite a bit of flooring recently so I thought I’d share some before and after photos. Changing out flooring is a relatively inexpensive way to update your home. It is also a really good way to get rid of years of dust and debris your carpet has been collecting.

A guy had to replace a frost free exterior tap and there was no access to the plumbing. So after a little exploratory surgery I found the connection and replaced the tap. After a little drywall patch she’s as good as new.
