Lumber as arrived 😍😍 new rebuild in grand lake. Foundation was not removed after a house fire. But it's still slow to get things going with HRM because nothing is black and white on special cases like this one... but I got the permit and its time to get that house framed!!!!

Another house done! 3 months and half. October 8th permit issued, Oct 25th started framing after the foundation was completed. Jan 16th occupancy permit issued. That's only possible by working pretty much everything day with the crew 😀 and having the right trade working on the project! Thank you to everyone that was part of this rebuild. Before, 4 bedroom 1 bath, now, 5 bedroom and 2 bath 😀
