The first one was quite the grind.Being a prefinished maple.

We just recently learned ,,
Prefinished floors are nine on the mo.Scale,,
And for reference, diamond comes in at eight !!!

Needless to say, we were cursing this floor for sure! Haha

But they always turn out beautiful ;)

This is a prefinished oak sanded down,
Then latex/water base finish applied,
For a raw modern look that brightens up this space !

Lets add the old laminate tear out and new wood installed aswell!
Sanded and finished for a wonderfull job completed !!

This is phase one, lower level, of a whole house refinish/stain ,
We had the pleasure of being accepted to complete, for these new home owners!!

English chestnut stain on cherrywood, finished with, Commercial grade polyurethane oil base finish with a satin sheen lvl !

Weird coating due the diagonal layout of the floor,
