Who doesn’t love a little home art project!

Went for a more mid-century modern vibe and made a 3 piece set incorporating the colors of the living room.

I made a draft design on and then recreated it by painting on Dollarama Canvas (hung with strips to keep it renter friendly)

My lines aren’t 100% perfect but hey! I’m not a pro!

I think if I were to do this again I would print them as 18x24 posters at Staples and frame them for a more clean, professional look

🌫 Blank Space - Kitchen

Finally finished this kitchen refresh. Had I planned to stay in this apartment longer I would have painted the walls and refreshed the appliances, but I am onto my next adventure soon. This kitchen now feels like a breath of air; the bright white really helps in the low light of this basement walkout. Peel-and-stick backsplash and countertop add to this renter friendly facelift.

When we started this project we had a vision. This space previously had no life. “We want the space to make you feel happy when you’re drinking coffee” and so that’s what we did. We incorporated a modern style with pops of color and neutral wood accents. This space now provides a true coffee experience ☕️
