We are excited to announce that the Graham’s Grove project in Dartmouth designed by was recognized this evening at the HRM Urban Design Awards with an Award of Excellence in Urban Architecture.
We are honoured everyday to be entrusted to design moments of architecture for our community within this city that we care for so deeply. For this project we looked to rethink park architecture in both materiality and form, to be lighter and more porous. We love watching the pavilion being used by the community in so many ways, from running and walking meet-ups, early morning winter indoor dragonboat training, kids birthday parties, buying and enjoying ice cream while basking in the summer sun or picking out your Xmas tree. Our Principal Architect, Rayleen Hill, will speak at Architectural Overdrive. She will discuss Graham’s Grove and The Post project in the context of the spaces between. Presentations at the event will be 5 to 10 minutes each, and there will be 12 other speakers at the event. Be sure not to miss out!

We are seeking a senior technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have work experience on large-scale Multi-residential or large commercial and institutional projects. Our growing firm is starting production on a high-rise multi-residential project, with another in the development phase. We also have a significant project starting construction along the Halifax Waterfront this summer.

The successful candidate must have:
* Graduated from a Canadian Technology Program or recognized equivalent,
* Have a C.E.T. [Certified Engineering Technologist] Designation or the ability to become certified within a year of being hired.
* Excellent skills in Revit 2023/4
* Know the National Building Code and standards.

The Architectural Technologist will develop working drawings and construction documents, aid Project Managers and Design Leads with contract administration and site reviews, and support research and detailing of architectural building materials, systems, and detailing.
