Do you have old failed caulking around tubs, showers, sinks. We can remove old caulking, properly clean and install new caulking. Before your floors or counter tops rot and remove the harmful mold.

New project, convert this 1953 farmhouse bathroom into something great for under $2000 dollars….(removed bathtub and a closet prior to taking any pictures).

Updated pics, customer has started using bathroom before I took more pictures. Baseboards are just sitting in place. Still under budget will finish up in a week or so

This addition leaked badly, was too flat for laminate shingles. But customer wanted the look to match the house. So we installed two layers of ice and water underlay (highest quality available) and then laminate shingles over top. It will last a very very long time. Call us for free estimate.
