Took a quick trip down to New York City a few weeks ago to check out a mechanical system we’re thinking about bringing in for a local client.

We also had the chance to visit the new JP Morgan building among a few buildings —pretty impressive how advanced everything is there. A lot of cutting-edge design and systems all working together.

Always good to see this stuff in person instead of just on paper—ask questions, see how it actually runs, and get a better feel for it.

Looking forward to bringing ideas like this back home and putting them to work locally.

This raft slab plumbing layout required precise coordination, detailed planning, and clean ex*****on before concrete day. Every drain, every connection—placed with purpose.

When the foundation is different, the plumbing has to be smarter.

A new apartment building is going up in Dieppe, managed by Avant Garde Construction and Management Quest Properties, and we’re on site handling all the plumbing 💧- underground, rough-in, and finish work. Right now we’re deep in the rough-in phase, making sure everything flows perfectly.

And the best part? Future residents will get beautiful views of the Petitcodiac River! 🤩

The Villa Providence Nursing Home project in Shediac for Foulem Construction is nearing completion, and we’re proud to have played our part!

From in-floor heating to gas work, our team has been hands-on in making sure comfort and reliability are built in from the ground up. You’ll see in the photos, stainless steel manifolds with actuators - a solid distribution system for efficient heating - and a look inside the boiler room, the heart of it all.

It’s been an honour to contribute to a space that will soon provide warmth and care to residents in the community!

🚧 Project Update – Millennium Blvd, Moncton 🛠️
We’ve been proud to be part of this multi-year development, providing complete plumbing installation across several new apartment buildings for PVC Construction.

✅ Buildings 1 to 3 – Completed
🏁 Building 4 – Finish work completed as of July 1st
🔧 Building 5 – Rough-in currently in progress
📦 Building 6 – Sleeving underway, rough-in starting soon
⛏️ Building 7 – Underground work set to begin shortly

It’s been a major project and we’re proud of the progress our team continues to make. Stay tuned for more updates!
