It’s been a beautiful spring season, but who else has found it to be depleting, too? 🙋♀️🙋♂️
👨🌾 Coming out of a long winter, we may feel we need to take more on and manage it all: family, work, meals, care, garden, clean house, partnership, creativity.
🌱 Plants teach us that they do not grow without pause. They do not flower and fruit endlessly without drawing nourishment. They root down, they rest. (Adapted from Rosemary Gladstar)
🍃The wild plants that were foraged for this herbal tea infusion were gathered one clipping, one harvest at a time. The plants are a remembrance of long before everything came wrapped in hurry and convenience.
🌿 Harnessing their old-world tenaciousness, these plants may help us rebuild the body when we are feeling depleted, overworked, or drained. We may savour sipping these natural ingredients as a mindful way to help restore balance and vitality from within.
