đź’§Do it once, Do it right!

Brand new gutters, soffit, fascia, and custom frieze board installation completely transformed the look of this home with one of our favourite colours to work with. The frieze board was custom fabricated with a detailed 4-step bend, while all fascia capping was bent on site using durable .027 gauge aluminum gutter stock for a clean, seamless finish.

To protect the system long term, all gutters were finished with KayCan ProGuard gutter protection to help prevent buildup and keep drainage flowing properly year after year.

This home received a full exterior transformation with brand new 3-panel ventilated soffit, seamless gutters, downpipes, and custom bent fascia finished in KayCan Matte Black — giving the entire property a cleaner, sharper, and far more modern look.

Every detail on this one mattered.

We incorporated custom hem detailing throughout all A-frame seams along with our hem interlock system at the bottom of the fascia to create a cleaner, more seamless visual from every angle while also adding rigidity and long-term durability.

Finished off with brand new seamless gutters and downpipes for improved drainage, protection, and a complete high-end finish throughout the entire exterior.

Built not just to look good today — but to stay looking good for years to come.

With heavy pine coverage at the front of the property, we equipped those gutters with the AluRex Gutter Clean Pro system — specifically designed to handle pine needles and fine debris. This ensures proper flow year-round while protecting the system from buildup, overflow, and unnecessary weight.

We finish all our fascia with a clean 5/8” hem — not just for looks, but for strength. That extra detail adds rigidity, keeps everything straight over time, and gives a sharper, more professional finish compared to flat installs.

It also sets the foundation for our interlocking system (we’ll show that in the next video 👀).

This home just got a full exterior refresh with brand new soffit, fascia, and seamless gutters in KayCan Black — a clean, modern look that completely transforms the curb appeal.

We finish all our fascia with a clean hem and 1.5” lips using gutter coil — giving it a stronger, sharper, and more durable look compared to standard flat installs.

We also installed 3”x3” downpipes in KayCan Matte Black for improved drainage and a clean, consistent finish across the entire system.

Not just about looks either — improved ventilation, stronger protection, and a system built to last through every season.
